If you choose to pay by credit card, there is a 3% fee charged. To avoid this fee, click pay by check on the billing page, and you will not be charged (this fee will disappear). Instructions will also appear when the pay by check button is marked.

Participants canceling on or before February 13, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $30.00 administrative fee. There are no refunds after February 13, 2024.
